Pickled Mango

  1. Use a fairly unripe mango because the mango will soften in the brine. Cut the mango into strips.

2. Slice some jalapeño

3. Combine in a jar

4. Make the brine. 

1/2 cup of Water

1/2 cup of Vinegar

1/6 cup of Sugar

2/3 tablespoon of Salt

Combine in a saucepan over heat until boiling. Remove from heat and pour over the mangos and jalapeños.
