PIckled PIneapple

  1. Cut up some pineapple

2. Slice some jalapeños

3. Place in a jar together

4. Make the brine. 

1/2 cup of Water

1/2 cup of Vinegar

1/6 cup of Sugar

2/3 tablespoon of Salt

Combine in a saucepan over heat until boiling. Remove from heat and pour over the pineapple and jalapeños.
