Pickled jalapeño

Ingredients:

1 Jalapeño

3 cloves of Garlic

1/2 cup of Water

1/2 cup of Vinegar

1/6 cup of Sugar

2/3 tablespoon of Salt

Recipe:

  1. Slice a jalapeño into disks

  2. Dice up the garlic

  3. Place the jalapeño and garlic into an empty glass jar

  4. Heat the water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan

  5. Stir to dissolve the sugar and the salt

  6. Heat until slightly boiling

  7. Turn off heat and let cool

  8. Pour over the jalapeño and garlic

  9. Cover and refrigerate

  10. Enjoy!
