Pickled jalapeño
Ingredients:
1 Jalapeño
3 cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup of Water
1/2 cup of Vinegar
1/6 cup of Sugar
2/3 tablespoon of Salt
Recipe:
Slice a jalapeño into disks
Dice up the garlic
Place the jalapeño and garlic into an empty glass jar
Heat the water, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan
Stir to dissolve the sugar and the salt
Heat until slightly boiling
Turn off heat and let cool
Pour over the jalapeño and garlic
Cover and refrigerate
