Pickled Peach
Ingredients:
Peach
2/3 cup of water
2/3 cup of white vinegar
A teaspoon of peppercorns
1.5 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
Jalapeño
Steps:
Dice a peach in to smaller pieces
Slice a jalapeño in half
Place into peach and jalapeño into a glass jar
Heat the water, vinegar, peppercorns, salt, and sugar in a saucepan
Mix until the sugar and salt are dissolved
Heat until slightly boiling
Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes
Pour over jalapeño and peach
Let cool down some more then cover and refrigerate
