Pickled Shallots and Garlic

1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar

1 cup of water (should be warm)

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 and 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Shallots

Garlic

Directions:

  1. Slice the shallots + garlic and place into a bowl

  2. Add the sugar and the warm water

  3. Stir until the sugar is dissolved

  4. Add the salt and the vineagar

  5. Cover and refrigerate (the longer you wait, the more sour the radishes become)

  6. Enjoy!
